KOOLROKS is a China-based business founded in Shenzhen, one of China’s major centers for technology, manufacturing and international trade.

We started with a simple idea: make it easier for customers around the world to discover useful products, unique Chinese craftsmanship and opportunities to work with suppliers in China.

Today, KOOLROKS brings together three areas of business: carefully selected consumer products, personalized Chinese calligraphy and China sourcing support for overseas customers.

From Products to Sourcing

Our experience with consumer electronics and accessories has given us practical experience communicating with Chinese suppliers, understanding product specifications, comparing products and handling supplier-related details.

At the same time, our custom Chinese calligraphy business connects us with traditional Chinese art and craftsmanship.

These experiences have naturally led us to offer China sourcing services to international customers who want to explore Chinese suppliers but may not have their own team or purchasing contact in China.

Helping Overseas Customers Work With China

Finding a supplier is only one part of sourcing from China.

Clear communication, product specifications, pricing, samples, customization, production follow-up and logistics coordination can all affect the purchasing process.

Our goal is to make that process easier by providing a local point of contact in China who can communicate with suppliers and help coordinate the sourcing process according to each customer’s requirements.
